PWN Stockholm - VP Recruitment

If so this board role could be for you. The board is the driving force behind all activities within the PWN Stockholm network and to achieving our goals around gender balanced leadership and professional development for women through events, corporate partnerships, mentorship and career support.

The VP Recruitment role is vital to the network in ensuring we keep building our great team and continue to work towards our mission. The role collaborates closely with all VPs and especially the President in finding and retaining talented people and has a focus on managing a positive and healthy working environment in a remote team set-up.

 

The role includes tasks such as: 

  • Identifying needs for Project Managers (PMs)  with Vice Presidents (VPs)
  • Source potential PM and VP candidates at our events, in social media, via recruitment ads and through personal networks etc
  • Ensure role descriptions and job ads are aligned and up to date
  • Collaborate with VP Marketing for posting info on PM or VP needs in our communication channels
  • Manage the onboarding process for new team members and exit process for departing team members 
  • Provide some HR support to team members when needed
  • Collaborate with PWN Global via email and expert calls

 

Requirements for the VP Recruitment role are:

  • Minimum of three years working experience / business experience within HR / recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of communication skills, written and verbal, especially in a remote team environment
  • Fluency in English, the official language of PWN (Swedish or other languages an advantage)
  • A sense of proactivity and self-organisation
  • A wish to actively contribute to a positive future workforce
  • Ability to contribute approximately 16 hours a month to the network (including events and a monthly board meeting)

We’re a local nonprofit association which is part of a global network with over 3,500 members and 90 nationalities across 30 city networks. We provide flexible tools to connect, share, learn and thrive through networking, events, workshops, training and mentorship & coaching.
