PWN Stockholm - VP Mentorship

The board is the driving force behind all activities within the PWN Stockholm network and to achieving our goals around gender balanced leadership and professional development for women through events, corporate partnerships, mentorship and career support.

The VP Mentorship owns our mentorship programme and works together with several other VPs to grow the programme, to ensure a rewarding experience and to promote the programme in our marketing channels. Focus areas include, but are not limited to: 

The role includes tasks such as: 

• Identify potential mentors and mentees
• Handle application process of mentors and mentees and match suitable pairs
• Support the mentors & mentees when and if needed to keep the mentoring process moving forward with high quality and value
• Support the marketing team in promotional activities to generate more mentors & mentees
• Liaise with Global for best practices and improvements
• Gather mentor & mentee feedback and present to the board
• Contribute to overall PWN Stockholm strategy with a mentorship focus

Requirements for the VP Mentorship role are:

• Approximately three years working experience / business experience within a mentorship role or environment
• An advantage is to have a well established network in Stockholm 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of communication skills, written and verbal, especially in a remote team environment
• Fluency in English, the official language of PWN (Swedish or other languages an advantage)
• A sense of proactivity and self-organisation
• A wish to actively contribute to a positive future workforce
• Ability to contribute approximately 16 hours a month to the network (including events and a monthly board meeting)
