The concept of a " team" brings us all a sense of belonging. Teamwork is usually associated with improved effectiveness and better target achievement - all in all, good results and higher success rates! However, not all teams are created the same, and what works for one may not always work for the next.
What would you and your team consider a good team player? What skills or personal traits do you need to complement and balance your team to achieve optimal performance? How do you keep your team members motivated and engaged through highs and lows?
This workshop lead by leadership and team-building expert Regina Celia Scheer will bring us the opportunity to share and reflect, in a dynamic and interactive way, on a topic that is an integral part of our day-to-day routines at home, at work, and in society in general. How do you become a good team player?
Regina Celia Scheer has decades worth of experience as a coach and facilitator in programs related to Organizational Culture self-assessment, Leadership and Teamwork improvement, both in Europe and South America.
